Terms & Conditions

Please be informed that I am strict with my terms and conditions but If I make mistakes I will own up to that.

  • Strictly NO cancellation of orders, please.

  • ₱50 late payment fees each day.

  • Late fees also apply to down payments if stated PAYO.

  • If stated PAYO or Mine now Pay now. You must pay after the invoice or order confirmation, if not followed late fees are applied.

  • Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total of your order.

  • Downpayment is non-refundable if the order is canceled.

  • Will cancel the transaction and sell your items again if you ghost me for 1 week after your DOP even if DP and items are paid.

  • If did not reply/update about the payment, you will be posted as a bogus buyer/joy miner on both Facebook & Twitter platforms.

  • I will not be held liable for loss/damages of the parcel once shipped out as it is not in my hands anymore.

  • You choose your MOD at your own risk.

  • Items that are ready for shipment will only be held for 2 weeks. If did not pay for sf within the time, the transaction will automatically be canceled with no refund.

  • I only accept for keeps if items are fully paid.

  • If you're impatient I will automatically refund you.
